“Pomaio” Villa

This Leopoldina house on two floors, is located in the beautiful countryside surrounding Arezzo, within an ancient farm estate, surrounded by wonderful vineyards and olive groves.

This facility has 6 double rooms, each with its own private service, all equipped with air conditioning and satellite TV.
On each floor there are living room, kitchen and dining room and three bedrooms with their services, this facility allows to live separately and in total privacy on the ground floor and on the first floor. The living areas are large and comfortable, the ideal place to enjoy your relaxation, in the pleasant and healthy way that Tuscany can offer. The upper floor is connected to the outside, by comfortable original stone stairs, and, on the other side of the house, with a wooden bridge that gives access to the garden on the back side and to the pool with a path accessible to disabled people, in addition, one of the rooms on the floor superior has similar characteristics of accessibility. The villa is equipped with all the comforts to make the house functional and enjoyable to stay.
The entire house is furnished with care and taste by a well-known Italian architect who knew how to skillfully mix recycled objects and valuable furniture.

In the same complex there is also “Bellavista Villa”, which can comfortably accommodate up to 10 people, so it is possible to rent both villas for larger groups.
